Let's be clear - the literalised noticing of a symbol or archetypal 'in the box' type of thinking tends to not empower change, instead it can lead to nothing but the entrenchment of one's own biases. So, right out of the gate, let's clarify that this is not what these sessions are about. They are also not aligned with unexamined instinctual superstitions or any kind of certainty-claiming fortune-telling.

Instead, Change through Symbols & Archetypes Sessions have been designed to create a unique space in which the symbolic language of dreams, everyday encounters, and astrological reflection points can be explored by you. Real-life archetypal encounters or 'synchronicities' (if you believe in this) are also a part of this journey into making your subconscious conscious. I created this type of Change Facilitation pathway to equip you with a space in which you can develop your own intuitive relationship with the world of symbols, dreams, and other transpersonal realms. Astrology, as a system can be a helpful reflection tool as it seamlessly interweaves with archetypal, mythical, or symbolic worlds. It is a map through which self-discovery can flourish. However, the map does not tend to be the territory... it just shows junctions, multiversal possibilities, as well as inner facets and polarities that deserve to be explored, transmuted, or maybe even transcended.

Rather than providing fixed interpretations, I facilitate an environment where you yourself can uncover the meanings that arise uniquely from your subconscious. Whether through birth chart explorations, dream work, or symbolic pattern reflections...all these things can be brought to the table and are interacted with through contemplation and reflection. The overall aim is to help you access deeper layers of awareness and choicefulness.
 

Who it is for
This work is suited to people who:
 

• Feel drawn to exploring their inner world through dream studies, astrology, or symbolic meaning-making.
   

• Want to work with Jungian or transpersonal concepts such as synchronicities.
   

• Value a mythos honouring, intuitive, and reflective approach to astrology.
   

• Are curious about accessing the subconscious and exploring the unknown or universal plane through their own ways of interacting with the archetypal or symbolic realms.
   

How astrology can be used as part of this:
In these sessions, birth charts may be introduced and explored if you wish. This is not to predict future events or marry you to any certain transits, but to open up psychological and reflective perspectives.

My approach is intuitive and collaborative: Whatever emerges in focus is treated as fertile ground and 'grist for the mill' in its own right. I use Hellenistic Astrology (Whole Sign Houses) and other ancient astrological tools for these sessions. 
 

Suitability & Access
Sessions are available for booking after an initial consultation has taken place. Because of the transpersonal, esoteric nature of this session type, clients may be asked to complete a short pre-session questionnaire. Change Facilitation through Symbols and Archetypes may not be suitable for people with some pre-existing psychological conditions or active substance use patterns and/or dependencies.
