What it is
These one-to-one sessions create a space for you to explore meditation in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. Rather than prescribing a “right” style, I work with you to discover what your relationship to meditation looks like. Together we may draw on guided practices, breathwork, visualisations, or sound-assisted techniques to help you engage with meditation in a way that fits your needs and personality.
What to expect
Sessions may combine short meditation practices with reflection and practical guidance, as meditation is a skill that develops gradually, like a muscle being strengthened over time. Some sessions might include theory and education alongside practice, others may focus on immersive guided meditation itself. On request, we can also integrate specific breathwork methods or sound elements to deepen the experience.
Why meditation?
Meditation, in its simplest sense, means to 'become familiar with' - to 'reflect' or 'contemplate'. There have been plenty of scientific findings which indicate that meditation supports mental well-being and, in some cases, physical health through its positive effects on the nervous system and beyond. Even 15-20 minutes of practice can help regulate heart rate variability, reduce stress, and improve emotional balance. These change facilitation sessions are therefore designed to make meditation accessible, personal, and adaptable - giving you the tools to integrate it into your daily life.
Suitability & access
Change Through Meditation sessions are available after an initial consultation, which ensures we are a good fit and that the type of practice recommended is safe and suitable for you. Not every meditation method works equally well for every person, which is why readiness, personal preferences, and individual circumstances are taken into account.
